What is Life Coaching?
A certified life coach is someone who is professionally trained to help you to reach into your limitless potential and create the life that you are here to have. We support people to create change within their lives; change that moves them from where they are - to where they most want to be.
We help you to uncover what is truly important to you within your own values and beliefs and find what you really want for yourself within your life. We help you to consciously think and behave differently and work with you to create momentum towards the change that you have uncovered that you most want for your life.
Life Coaching is a trained skill that is derived from many techniques, disciplines and modalities such as psychology, sociology, social work, personal development and career development. Think of a life coach as someone who is on your team, in your corner and ‘in the ring’ with you. A coach will show up and ask powerful questions of you, questions that when you dig deep and allow yourself to answer them in the truest way for you, will bring about the answers that you are most seeking and have you realise all of the possibilities and potential that is available for you.
A coach supports you to step into the energy of growth and momentum. When you are ready to go (self-leadership), a coach supports you to get there.
Coaching Containers:
IGNITE
3 MONTH COACHING CONTAINER
1 x complimentary connection session - this 15-20min session is designed for us to gain clarity and focus on what you would most like to achieve from your coaching. This is also a time for you to ask any questions that you may have. It allows us time to connect and feel into the potential and vibe of the team that we make.
6 x 60 minute sessions - we connect online each fortnight. This is where the transformation unfolds, clarity is gained and actions are set. This is your time to really ‘go there’. Nothing is off the cards during our time together. Space is created and held for you to step into your growth. This is where the ‘You + Me = Together’ rubber hits the road, to take you where you are ready to go.
7 days of Pocket Coaching - ‘In your pocket’ coaching support via a voice/ audio messaging app during our final week together. Use this to ask me anything, go as big as you like. I am there to support you as you need.
Your investment $1680 NZD + GST or choose to pay 6 equal fortnightly payments

EXPAND - NLP
NLP BREAKTHROUGH CONTAINER
1 x complimentary connection session - this 15-20 minute session is designed for us to gain clarity and focus on what you would most like to achieve from your coaching. This is also a time for you to ask any questions that you may have. It allows us time to connect and feel into the potential and vibe of the team that we make.
1 x 90 minute NLP session - here we connect online and go deep into some powerful questions together to allow us to truly get to the heart of where you are wanting to go. Nothing is off limits during our time together here. Space is created and held for you to step into any place that you are willing to go to.
1 x 2-3 hour NLP session - The next day (or within 3 days) we reconnect for your tailor-made breakthrough session. This is where we apply the NLP tools and practices towards creating the shift and up-levelling that you are seeking.
3 days of Pocket Coaching - ‘In your pocket’ coaching support via a voice/ audio messaging app for 3 days after our coaching session time together. For all the post breakthrough ecology, alignment and support or anything else that you need, we can go there!
